By accessing or using Project Pilot ("the Service"), developed by RedTech Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Project Pilot is a construction project management platform providing bookings, jobs, boards, teams, reports, and field-operation workflows. Features may evolve over time as the platform is updated.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system integrity, upload malicious content, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

Project Pilot, its design, code, branding, and documentation are owned by RedTech Software. You retain ownership of content you upload, while granting us a license to host and process it to provide the Service.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

If applicable, fees, billing cycles, and refund policies will be communicated in your service agreement or invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedTech Software shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or non-payment. You may request account closure by contacting our support team.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or appropriate legal channels.
