Getting started
Project Pilot helps construction teams manage bookings, jobs, boards, teams, and day-to-day field operations in one workspace.
- Use Bookings and Jobs to schedule and track project work.
- Organize delivery with kanban Boards such as F&G, Roofing, and Invoicing.
- Manage people with Users, Teams, and role-based access in Settings.
Workspace settings
From Settings you can configure the building blocks used across your company:
- Job Types — create and manage job categories linked to boards.
- Roles & Permissions — control module access for each team role.
Account & security
- Update your profile details from the workspace profile page.
- Change your password regularly from Change Password.
- Contact support immediately if you notice unusual account activity.
